You will join the Marketing department of the group and be integrated to the Internal Communication department. You will be in charge of:
-Coordination & animation of local communication in different offices of the group: Topic qualification, communication plan elaboration, content creation (visual, videos, interviews, contest), analysis
-Realization of local newsletters
-Animation of local communities on our Corporate Social Network
-Organization of local contest/challenge: benchmark, concept elaboration, coordination with offline/online team, logistic follow up
-Development and implementation of communication campaigns in local: need qualification, benchmark, concept elaboration, content/visual creation, coordination with offline/online team, project management, analysis
-Animation of our internal communication channel: Amaris TV, Homepage, Internal Social Network, Official mail, etc.
-Realization of content for the Group Internal Magazine and follow up with the offline/online teams its design, print, logistic, online version, etc.
-Participation in our different video projects: concept elaboration, shooting, editing
-Participation in the management of the Amaris TV & Homepage: client request qualification, slides/visual creation, application training, follow up
You will closely work on these projects with the Marketing department and be in relation with all the departments of the group.
You will also follow a practical training and coaching during your integration process in the group.
